Information you provide

You may provide messages, character choices, profile preferences, account email, display settings, voice messages, photo requests, support messages, and other content you choose to submit.

If you create an account, we may associate your saved chats, memories, feature settings, usage credits, and account preferences with that account so the experience can continue across sessions.

Information collected automatically

We may collect basic device, browser, language, approximate region, referral, page activity, cookie, and diagnostic information to keep the service working, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and understand aggregate product usage.

We do not need payment card numbers to provide the chat. If paid features are added or enabled, billing information is handled by the payment provider, and we may receive limited payment status, plan, receipt, and transaction identifiers.

How information is used

We use information to provide realistic AI boyfriend chat, bot voice replies, photo requests, roleplay continuity, account access, memory after signup, support, safety controls, fraud prevention, analytics, and product improvement.

We may use chat and usage data to investigate violations, enforce Terms, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service, users, and rights holders.

AI and media processing

Messages, voice messages, and photo requests may be processed by AI and media providers as needed to generate replies, voice, images, moderation decisions, safety checks, and related product features.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or inconsistent. Do not submit secrets, payment data, passwords, private keys, or information you would not want processed for the service.

Sharing

We may share information with vendors that help operate hosting, analytics, authentication, support, moderation, AI generation, media generation, email, security, and payment-related services.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rules, to protect rights and safety, during a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account continuity, satisfy legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

You can request account or data deletion by contacting support@mybf.io. Some records may remain where retention is required for security, legal compliance, billing records, fraud prevention, backups, or legitimate business needs.

Your choices

You can choose not to create an account, clear local browser data, avoid submitting sensitive information, disable non-essential browser storage where available, or contact support about privacy requests.

No guarantee of absolute security

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybf.io is not responsible for losses caused by user-submitted sensitive data, third-party services, outages, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, or payment provider issues.
