Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when customers may request a refund for paid digital token packages from mybf.io.
Refund window
Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days after the payment date. Include the account email, payment receipt, and a short explanation of the issue.
Eligible refund reasons
Refunds may be considered for technical or payment problems, including duplicate payments, failed delivery of paid digital access, or account access problems that prevent use of the purchased package.
Non-refundable cases
A refund is not available when a customer changed their mind after receiving paid digital access, disliked AI-generated output, let tokens expire after the 30-day period, used tokens without a technical error, or violated the Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Review and payment provider timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank, card network, crypto, and payment provider timing can vary.
