Acceptance of Terms

By accessing mybf.io, creating an account, starting a chat, using voice messages, requesting photos, buying or using credits, or using any related feature, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Disclosure.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

Nature of the service

mybf.io provides fictional AI companion entertainment. Characters, names, personalities, replies, voices, images, photos, memories, and roleplay scenes are AI-generated or otherwise fictional product outputs.

The service is not a real relationship, a human messaging service, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, emergency support, or a promise of emotional, social, personal, professional, or financial results.

Account rules

You are responsible for your account, login method, device security, and all activity under your account. Use accurate information where required and do not share access in a way that creates security or billing risk.

We may suspend, limit, delete, or refuse accounts or features if we believe activity violates these Terms, creates legal risk, threatens platform reliability, harms other users, abuses free or paid limits, or creates payment, fraud, or safety concerns.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not request, upload, generate, distribute, or encourage prohibited content, including illegal content, exploitative content, non-consensual content, hateful or harassing content, impersonation, blackmail, threats, malware, spam, fraud, payment abuse, or content that infringes rights.

You must not try to bypass safety systems, reverse engineer the service, scrape content, overload systems, automate abusive activity, extract private information, use the service to make decisions about real people, or use generated content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

User content and generated content

You are responsible for messages, voice messages, photo requests, prompts, profile details, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, unavailable, delayed, inconsistent, or different from what you expected. We do not guarantee that any character, reply, voice, image, photo, roleplay scene, memory, or recommendation will be accurate, suitable, safe, available, or emotionally appropriate for you.

You may use generated content for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights. We may remove, restrict, or decline content or requests at our discretion.

Payments, credits, subscriptions, and refunds

Free and paid features may change, reset, expire, be limited, or be discontinued. Credits, plans, prices, billing cycles, promotional offers, and feature access may be changed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Payments are processed by the payment provider. Billing details, chargebacks, failed payments, taxes, card issues, refunds, disputes, account holds, provider outages, and payment errors may be handled under the payment provider's own terms and systems.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybf.io is not responsible for payment provider errors, bank decisions, card network rules, declined transactions, delayed refunds, currency conversion, taxes, chargeback fees, or third-party billing interruptions. No warranties

The service is provided as-is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybf.io makes no warranties, express or implied, including no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, emotional effect, or compatibility with your expectations.

We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent data storage, error-free operation, exact character behavior, continuous availability of any AI model, voice feature, photo feature, roleplay mode, memory feature, price, plan, or integration.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mybf.io, its owner, operators, contractors, vendors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, emotional, reputational, data-loss, business, or profit-loss damages arising from or related to the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to mybf.io for the service during the one month before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if no payment was made.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, support, AI generation, media generation, moderation, and security. Third-party services may change, fail, restrict access, or apply their own terms.

We are not responsible for third-party products, policies, outages, data practices, fees, decisions, or content, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if needed to enforce these Terms, protect the service, respond to legal risk, prevent abuse, or discontinue a feature.

Sections about ownership, disclaimers, no warranties, limitation of liability, payments, prohibited content, and dispute-related obligations survive termination where applicable.
